Job Description
Case Handler
Based Leeds
Salary £15,000 to £17,000
Role:
We are currently looking for a case handler to join a company based in Leeds. The ideal candidate must have relevant mortgage experience and be used to dealing with people over the telephone and providing excellent customer service. As part of your remit you will manage a number of cases throughout the receivership process, managing strict deadlines and achieving or exceeding SLA’s agreed with lenders.
The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work entirely on their own initiative. Excellent numerical skills and attention to deal are essential. With a flexible approach to work you will work as part of a team to ensure departmental objectives are achieved. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on individual keen to progress in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Knowledge, skills and experience:
Strong communication skills – verbal and written
Attention to detail
Demonstrate a ‘can do’ ‘will do’ attitude in dealing with internal and external customers
Ability to interpret information and use own initiative
Flexible approach to working hours where business dictates
Mortgage experience
